Rhode Island Catholic Women’s Conference

Saturday December 6, 2025 | 8:30-3:30PM   Cathedral of SS. Peter & Paul, Providence

Join us for prayer, fellowship, and faith-inspiring talks during this Jubilee Year! 
Our diocesan cathedral is the only designated Jubilee site in Rhode Island.  
It will be possible for conference participants to fulfill the requirements to obtain the Jubilee Indulgence. 

 

The day includes Holy Mass, dynamic speakers, live music ministry, opportunity for Confession, fantastic vendors, fun swag bags, and a delicious coffee an’ and lunch. A chance to win incredible door prizes is included with your registration!
Infants in arms are welcome.

 

When the Methodist minister falls down the stairs, he picks himself up and says, “That was an experience.  How do I learn from it?”   When the Catholic priest falls down the stairs, he picks himself up and says, “I must have done something really bad to deserve that.”  When the Presbyterian minister falls down the stairs, he picks himself up and says, “That was inevitable, I’m glad it’s over.”  When the Baptist minister falls down the stairs, he picks himself up and says, “Which one of my deacons pushed me?”

• Has a child over the age of seven who has not been baptized?
• Was baptized Catholic as a child but has not celebrated the Sacraments of Confirmation and Eucharist? We offer an opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our faith. Sessions focus on the teachings and experience of Church and prepare individuals to celebrate the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist during the Easter season. You are welcome to participate in the process with your questions, your insights and your faith story in a warm accepting setting. For information, please contact Fr.
